Vanities for Everyone
Vanities are a key element in every restroom, be it a powder room, a master bedroom, a restaurant, school or doctor’s office. As a contractor, wholesale vanities are integral to your profit margin and by extension, higher customer satisfaction and successful business growth. As you know, the size of vanities that can be used are determined by the size of the area, but it does not define the type of vanity you should use. Vanity styles are can be innovative and stylish rather than basic and boring. Every person who visits the restroom, should be attracted to the vanity area, even if it is in a public space, as it encourages cleanliness and it may even have the potential to make the user enjoy the moment, calming him/her when taking the moment to look in the mirror or wash hands.
For public spaces, wholesale vanities should be made durable as these are high traffic areas and would be needed to be cleaned, sometimes, several times for the day. As a result, when selecting vanities for public areas, it is better to choose vanities that are not made with a vast number of grooves and crevices, as straight and simple tend to give a more hygienic appeal. Materials that can be wet often, are better suited for these areas, as opposed to natural material such as wood.
This does not mean that vanities should be plain and simple. Vanities for public areas, can be modern and stylish or even traditional and stylish. The more storage space required in terms of drawers and shelves, the more expensive the unit. Since public areas do not require storage capacity, you have many options available when searching for wholesale vanities. In areas where a large space is allocated, wall mount vanities are used to accommodate multiple sinks and taps. Smaller spaces usually use corner cabinet vanities or stand-alone pedestal sinks.
Should you require vanities that can accommodate multiple sinks, consider using sinks that are rectangular rather than oval as it gives a more up-to-date appeal rather than dull old-fashioned look. Leave the old-fashioned look for those areas that use the corner vanities or single pedestal sinks. When purchasing wholesale vanities though, ensure that you get the sink included. A popular sink style for top rated hotel lobby restrooms are the integrated sinks. These are sinks that are included in the countertop itself, giving the vanity top, one continuous, seamless look. While these are aesthetically appealing, they are also very easy to clean.
Another stylish option is the top-vessel sinks where the sink sits a-top the vanity. This style however, may be best left for exclusive restaurants or other exquisite places where traffic may not necessarily be high. The drop-in style can be stylish as well since the basin itself is inset into the vanity but the edge of the sink rests on the counter. The undermount style however, has been around for a very long time and is probably considered outdated, where the sink sits comfortably inside the counter.
