Bathroom Cabinets

Bathrooms are characterized by the sanitary ware and cabinetry. The most important things that you will find in the bathroom are: sanitary ware such as bath tub, taps, commodes, sink, shower, etc. cabinets used to store cosmetics and medicines, and mirrors.

Most bathrooms have color schemes which are aqua blue or green or white. Newer trends have shown that dark colors such as dark granite can be used in bathrooms.

When it comes to kitchen cabinetry, it must be of a material that does not get affected by heat and moisture. Wood is not preferred as it can easily warp. Durable material is preferred.

Also, the cabinet work should preferably be water proof such that moisture is not accumulated over time.

Cabinets are usually used to store soaps and detergents, tooth brush and tooth paste, shampoos, cosmetics, medicines etc.

Usually, cabinets are installed below and above the mirror for efficiency. It can also be installed near the sink area. Cabinets should be chosen based on the installing area, color scheme of the bathroom and even the material of the cabinet door and walls.

The colors can be chosen in sync with the color scheme of the bathroom walls or could even be contrasting colors. Bright colors are preferred for better look. Light colors that go along with the wall color give a sense of space while darker colors give a sense of coziness.
